Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery through our Return Portal.

Pack the product in its original packaging and hand it over to the pickup agent.
Our Return Executive will review and approve your request within 24 hours.
Our courier partner will make up to 3 pickup attempts.
If pickup is unavailable or unsuccessful, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
Reverse pickup is subject to courier serviceability. Please inform us after the first failed pickup attempt if pickup is not completed.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that fail our quality check will not be eligible for return.
A ₹175 reverse pickup charge per order will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once your return is received and passes the quality check, your Store Credit (Gift Card) will be issued within 24 hours and sent to your registered email address.
Products purchased during Sale, Offer or Special Discount offers are eligible for Size Exchange only.
If you receive a wrong, defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please report it within 24 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos or an unboxing video. After verification, we will arrange a free replacement without any reverse pickup charges. If a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

How to Use Your Store Credit
- Your Gift Card will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours after your return is approved.
- Add your preferred products to your cart at www.newinsub.com.
- At checkout, click "Redeem Gift Card" and enter your Gift Card code.
- The Gift Card amount will be deducted automatically.
- If your order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, simply pay the remaining amount.
