Return & Exchange Policy

At NEWINSUB, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the terms mentioned below.


Return & Exchange Window

Customers can raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of delivery of the product.

Requests raised after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Reverse Pickup

Once your return request is approved, our logistics partner will attempt to pick up the product from your delivery address.

Please ensure the following during pickup:
• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All tags and original packaging must be intact
• The item must be packed properly in its original packaging

Our courier partner will attempt the reverse pickup up to two times.

If the pickup fails after two attempts due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or non-availability of the package, the return request may be cancelled automatically.

If reverse pickup service is not available in your location, you may be requested to self-ship the product to our warehouse address shared by our support team.

Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, the return or exchange will be processed.



Reverse Pickup Charges

A reverse pickup charge of ₹150 per order will be applicable for all returns and exchanges.

This charge covers the logistics cost of collecting the product from the customer and returning it to our warehouse.

The ₹150 reverse pickup charge will be deducted before issuing store credit.



Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:
• The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All tags must be intact
• The product must be returned with original packaging
• The product must not have any stains, damage, perfume smell, or signs of use

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.


Store Credit Policy

Currently, NEWINSUB does not offer refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods.

After the returned product is received and passes the quality inspection:
• A Store Credit will be issued after deducting ₹150 reverse pickup charges
• Store credit will be shared via email or return portal
• Store credit can be used on any product available on our website

Store Credit Validity

Store credit will remain valid for 365 days from the date of issue.



Exchange Policy

Customers can request both size exchange and product exchange.

Conditions:
• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• Reverse pickup charges of ₹150 per order will apply

Once the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the exchange order will be processed.

(Please note that the return and exchange process may take approximately 10–15 days to complete.)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
• Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
• Clearance items
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
• Products with missing tags or original packaging

NEWINSUB reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions.


Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

To report the issue, please share:
• Order number
• Images of the product
• Unboxing video

Requests reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.



Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. (Prepaid orders will get full store credit as refund)

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation will not be possible.
