Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy (Size Exchange Only)
Please note that we offer exchange only for size issues.
Product exchange is not allowed. For product exchange, you must create a return request and place a new order.
STEP 1: Raise a Size Exchange Request
Email us at exchange.newinsub@gmail.com
within 3 days of the delivery date to request a size exchange.
Please mention:
Order ID
Size received
Size required
STEP 2: Reverse Pickup Arrangement
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product.
A ₹200 reverse pickup charge will apply.
This charge is collected only towards courier service costs.
STEP 3: Pack & Handover
Pack the garment securely in its original packaging with:
Product unused and unwashed
Original price tags and brand tags intact
Hand over the parcel to the pickup agent.
STEP 4: Quality Check
After the product reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets all exchange conditions.
STEP 5: Size Exchange Dispatch
Once approved, the same product in the requested size will be dispatched.
Important Notes
Only size exchange is allowed. Product exchange is not permitted.
For product exchange, customers must create a return request and place a new order using store credit.
Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Sale items and customized garments are not eligible for exchange.
The product must be in original condition, free from stains, damage, or odour (perfume, deodorant, body odour, etc.).
If reverse pickup is not serviceable at your pincode, the customer must self-ship the product to our warehouse.
The complete exchange process takes approximately 10–15 working days, as it involves third-party courier services and internal quality checks.
